SPA-1011 - Spanish I
3 Credits
This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of the Spanish language and covers grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. It includes simple conversation, reading and writing exercises and provides an introduction to the arts and cultures of Spanish-speaking communities around the world.

SPA-1012 - Spanish II
3 Credits
This course involves an in-depth exploration of the Spanish language, focusing on enhancing vocabulary and grammar, with an emphasis on more advanced communicative functions. It includes more complex conversation practice, more advanced written expression, and interpretation of texts, while deepening the understanding of diverse cultural, artistic, and social contributions from a wide range of Spanish-speaking communities across the globe.
