CCV does have a "Complaint Resolution Policy for Students" which can be found in the Student Handbook and online at http://www.ccv.edu/policy. This policy details procedures to follow if a student feels that a complaint has not been adequately resolved. Students should communicate with an academic advisor if they wish to dispute a grade or have any other academic or administrative complaint. For issues that are unable to be resolved informally with an academic advisor, students should follow the formal complaint procedures described in the policy.
