1. Log into the Blackboard portal
2. Click the link for "VSC Web Services"
3. Go to “Make a Payment/View Your Bill” in the "Students" menu.
4. Click on “My Account”
5. Log into “Students and Staff”
6. Tab over to “Create a Refund Profile”
7. Select a Payment Type ( select electronic check for refunds)
8. Enter bank account information (account and routing number)
