| registrar | The CCV Registrar's Office, located in Waterbury, retains and maintains administrative files for active CCV students and permanently stores the records of all students who have attained credits through CCV. | residency | CCV, like most public colleges, has an in-state and out-of-state tuition rate which is based on each student's residency in the state of Vermont. In-state tuition rates apply to students who have lived in Vermont , not for the purpose of attending college, for one continuous year immediately preceding the date of enrollment. |
